Doomsday - winning elements.

These are some of the moments when Doomsday had it's feet in the right place at the right time doing the right thing!
The Department of Domestic Security. I think a lot of the story's dystopian angle slips to the side in the movie but just think about all those elements collected such as riot police, curfews, overcrowding making for a perfect police state.
Cows. It's one of those things that make a lot sense that their population would explode with mankind taken out of the scene. I've actually experienced this "road block" having lived in a rural area near a cattle exporter!
I'm sure I saw this or some variant of it used somewhere before but it works well here too.
 Atmosphere wonderfully crafted.
 Surprises!

 Death by drawer!
Viper. She should have had more screentime.
That song by the FYC and Sol's strut. This brilliant moment was so channeling the eighties.
I loved this shot and the action that takes place in it. So spontaneous and full of energy. Even though Eden doesn't kill the the guy her actions and the way she throws the sword are so badass.
 Another nice little touch.
I loved it when the police Rover showed up in the final chase. There was no hint of it in the trailer or any preview pics. Another great iconic British car. Too bad it's having a go at a Bentley and not a Capri!
Love the hands out the windows.
 Colloquial.
There's nothing wrong with this shot. This is how it begins leading into a brilliant bloody gag. Wonderful camerwork.
